Members of our shire work to create a community in which we share our skills and interests in an effort to re-create the middle ages "as they should have been."

We host tournaments, feasts and camping events in which we attempt to create a festive medieval atmosphere where we can socialize and have fun. Each individual member of our shire brings something special to the community. We each follow our individual interests whether that is costume design, martial arts, period dance, bardic performing, calligraphy, leather crafting or blacksmithing. Our individual interests determine what we do in the Society.

We raise funds to support our activities by holding demonstrations for various groups including schools, youth groups, fraternities and community events.
